2025 Goals: Week 7
🔹 Worked 77 hours this week
🔹 Made huge progress at Lisapet.ai and Yola
🔹 Feeling Exhausted
1️⃣ Lisapet.ai: 34/20 hours ✅
This week feels like the week with the most progress since I started working on this startup idea. We have delivered 22 increments to the product (releases).
No doubt, the strategy with making increments as small as possible and filing all of that on the tickets you work with works really great.
Next steps: continue shipping the smallest increments possible.
2️⃣ Full-time job: ✅
This week was quite exhausting at work. I have been working for late hours for almost entire week.
I had to navigate a lot of complications with choosing new stock image provider in a very short period of time. I will get results on this by the end of the next week one way or another.
We also had a significant breakthrough with another mission critical initiative, and should get to a major milestone within the next few weeks.
Next steps: take it easier next week, be more mindful about its impact on my state and energy.
3️⃣ Sleep: 5/10 ❌
Worse than last week, even though I’ve tried to stay consistent with my reading commitment. The bed time reading does help to get to sleep faster, it’s just that the events at work made me too overwhelmed with thoughts.
Next steps: continue reading 30 min before bed, end work no later than 2am.
4️⃣ Workouts: 2/2 times ✅
Was consistent and made 2 workouts as planned. That said, making workouts on air here in Bangkok is not the best idea. Because of the air pollution and high intensity of my workouts I have significant breathing shortage and headaches each time I do workouts outside.
Next steps: test if working out in the apartment has less negative impact.
5️⃣ Fuel eating: 7/7 days ✅
Sticked to Weight Loss Zone the whole week.
Lost 0.5 killos.
Note: I should be mindful of alcohol even though I rarely drink more than 3 cocktails. It is still enough to break my water balance which results in a week of stagnation in my weight loss process.
Next steps: continue eating healthier every day for the next week.
6️⃣ Family Time: 🟡
This week my lovely wife brought me to an amazing place where they do great Massage. We also went to Salon du japonisant by Bacchus again for another set of great cocktails. They even made be my favorite Gyn Basil Smash 😎
That said, the work this week took too much of my time, which resulted in miscommunication at home. I should be mindful of it and prioritize my family over everything else. This is what a good husband would do.
Next steps: do not allow the work to have impact on my family.
7️⃣ Status in Ukraine / Residence in Portugal: ✅
Contacted the tax advisor and scheduled a consultation for the next week.
Did not open Payoneer’s account yet. Too many variables out of my control right now. Need to wait and see.
Next steps: incorporate the finds from the tax consultation into my plan here.
