2025 Goals: Week 9
1️⃣ Langfa.st: 53/40 hours ✅
Lisapet.ai is now Langfast (langfa.st). We have narrowed our focus down to building the best AI playground on the market – the AI playground you will want to share with your colleagues.
Think of it as JSFiddle for Prompt Engineers. I made a decision to remove all friction points to make the playground as accessible as possible. No signup, no landing page. Just type `langfa.st` url in your browser and the tool is immediately there to help with your prompt engineering tasks. I feel that I’m one step closer to the right position of this product for the market.
Also, the last 2 weeks were full of progress. I have delivered 49 increments to the product. The remaining scope for the MVP: is enabling anonymous access and adding saving and sharing capabilities.
Next steps: continue shipping the smallest increments possible.
2️⃣ Full-time job: ✅
I have won the negotiations with both stock image providers. Now its only about finalising the last few points about the contract drafts they both shared. I feel a lot of personal and professional growth as the result of this negotiations.

3️⃣ Sleep: 7/10 🟡
I feel better in terms of sleep and energy compared to the previous retrospective. Reading before bed does help to relax my brain. Now, there is another issue: I must leave the phone in a different room. I have never thought that I’m addicted to it so much. I have noticed that if the phone is in the bedroom, I will be checking on it every 5-10 mins even when I’m already trying to fall asleep.
Next steps:
1. End work no later than 2am

4️⃣ Workouts: 4/4 times ✅
Was consistent and made 4 workouts as planned over the last 2 weeks. The gym finally opened in our condo, so moving to it did help to resolve the air pollution problems I raised last time. I slowly starting to feel that I’m becoming more open to adding another workout to my weekly routine. Maybe, I will be ready to commit to it this or the following week.
Next steps:
1. Continue having at least 2 workouts per week.
2. Add 3rd workout when feel like it.
5️⃣ Fuel eating: 14/14 days 🟡
Sticked to Weight Loss Zone the whole week.
But lost only 0.4 killos over the last 2 weeks.
Possible reasons:
1. Stress – the last 2 weeks were quite stressful both work and family-wise.
2. Alcohol – I drinked cocktails both weekends, this might have had greater impact on my water balance than I anticipated
3. Food – even though I sticked to the weight loss zone in terms of calories, I still ate more calorie-dense food than usual: potatos, deserts, salad dressings.
Next steps: no cocktails for the next 2 weeks, no potatos.
6️⃣ Status in Ukraine / Residence in Portugal: ✅
Renewed the Criticality status for my startup studio in Ukraine and renewed my exemption from mobilization.
Had a consultation with a different immigration attorney. We have found a legal argumentation on why I able to apply for D8 visa here in Bangkok. Minus one blocker. Bingo.
The last blocker for me starting the immigration process is Diia.city’s tax regime in Ukraine. I need to find a way to retain my Diia.city residentship after the end of the year. Otherwise, taxes will be unaffordable and the whole plan will fall apart. I have already tasked my legal advisor on evaluating one specific option I had in mind. Waiting for them to find out what’s possible
